User Agreement
Welcome to use the products and services provided by this platform (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this platform")! To protect your legal rights and interests, please carefully read all the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") before using the products and services of this platform. 1、Definition

User: refers to an individual or entity that registers, uses or accesses the services of this platform.
Account: refers to the identity certificate obtained by the user after registering on this platform. The user can log in to this platform and enjoy the corresponding services with this account.

2、User Qualification and Registration

3、User Rights and Obligations

6) Other acts that undermine the normal operation of the platform or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users.
Legal liability: Users are responsible for their speech and behavior on this platform, and shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. If a user violates this agreement, the platform has the right to take measures such as warnings, restrictions on use, and account bans.
Community norms: When using this platform, users must abide by the community rules and other management regulations of this platform, maintain the order of the platform, and respect the legitimate rights and interests of other users.

4、Platform Rights and Obligations
Service changes and adjustments: This platform has the right to adjust, modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the services according to the operation situation. If the service changes, this platform will notify users in advance through announcements, emails or other reasonable means.
Personal information protection: This platform promises to take reasonable measures to protect the security of users' personal information. The platform will not disclose user information to third parties without the user's consent unless required by law or authorized by the user.
Handling of violations of the agreement: If the user violates the terms of this agreement, the platform has the right to take measures such as warnings, restrictions on use, and account bans. For users who seriously violate the agreement, the platform has the right to terminate their services.
Content management: The platform has the right to manage the content posted by users, and the platform has the right to delete or block the content that violates the platform's regulations. The platform does not bear legal responsibility for the content posted by users.
Advertising content: The services provided by the platform may contain advertising content, and users understand and agree to accept relevant advertisements. The platform is not responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of advertising content.
Operation maintenance and upgrades: The platform will carry out technical upgrades and maintenance as needed to provide better services and ensure service quality.
5、Service Changes and Termination
Service Change and Suspension: The platform has the right to adjust, change, suspend or terminate the service according to the actual situation. When the service is interrupted or terminated, the platform will notify the user in advance. If the service is suspended due to force majeure or policy adjustments, the platform will take appropriate measures according to the actual situation.
Account Termination: If the user violates this agreement, the platform has the right to immediately terminate the use of his account and delete his related data. The user can decide to stop using the platform services and actively cancel the account.
Force majeure factors: If the service is suspended due to force majeure, policy adjustments or other uncontrollable factors, the platform will try its best to notify the user and take appropriate measures, but will not be responsible for the losses caused thereby.
Data Deletion: After the account is terminated, the platform may delete all the user's account information, transaction records and other related data. Users should back up important data by themselves.
6、Limitation Of Liability
Service stability: The platform tries its best to ensure the stability of the service, but is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, network failure, hardware failure, third-party service interruption and other factors.
User behavior responsibility: Users are responsible for losses caused by their own behavior during the use of the platform services. The platform does not assume any responsibility for the content or services provided by third parties.
Indirect loss liability: To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the platform is not responsible for any indirect damages, special damages, or consequential damages.

7、Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes between the User and the Platform during the execution of the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Chinese law.
Dispute Negotiation: If a dispute occurs, the two parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit it to the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Platform for handling.
Validity of the Agreement Clauses: If a clause in this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses.
8、Privacy Protection
Privacy Policy: This platform respects the privacy of users and takes necessary technical measures to protect users' personal information. The platform promises not to sell or rent user data to third parties without the user's consent.
Use of personal information: The platform may collect, store and process users' personal information to provide better services.
User Rights: Users have the right to query, correct and delete their personal information. Users can perform relevant operations through the channels provided by the platform.
9、Other
Clause Title: The clause titles in this Agreement are for ease of reading only and do not affect the meaning and interpretation of the clauses.
Modification and Update of the Agreement: This platform has the right to modify, supplement or update this Agreement as needed, and the revised agreement will be notified to users through announcements or other appropriate means. Users who continue to use the platform services after the agreement is modified are deemed to have accepted the modified terms.
Final Interpretation Right: This platform has the final right to interpret this agreement.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using the services of this platform immediately. If you continue to use it, it will be deemed that you have agreed to all the terms of this Agreement and its updated version.
